Wrote this for myself to keep track of my daily calories and carbohydrates to help keep my Diabetes under control. Read the Diabetes.txt file inside the Zip for instructions, and a link to a USDA database of over 6,000 foods you may use as information to enter into my program (the USDA database gives information by food, my program allows you to enter a meal name [breakfast, lunch, etc] and a food and portion size, then print a daily report so you may see how many calories and carbohydrates you consumed)

The first time you run the PUMENU program, you will need to manually go to the MACROS tab and run AUTO (or, rename AUTO to AUTOEXEC and rerun PUMENU) and then follow the onscreen prompts to relink the PUDATA file in whatever directory you have chosen.
