ALC is a vibrant and loving community of individuals and families who seek to celebrate and nurture life together. Founded in 1993, ALC was first known as the Vancouver New Thought Church. The founding minister and second minister of ALC were both trained as Religious Science ministers. We follow many of the Science of Mind teachings, although we are independent of any governing body. We support one another with love and compassion by honoring all world religions, including earth-based spiritual traditions. To assist our community in spiritual growth, we offer positive, uplifting Sunday services, classes, workshops, retreats, and social events, as well as professional pastoral counseling.
