Game Play Cards: 30 Cards per Player Setup: Shuffle Cards. 1 Territory is placed in play for each Player. Each Player Draws 4 Cards. Starting with the oldest Player the Players take turns placing, moving, and using cards until all Cards are gone. The player with the most Territory cards held is the winner. Turn Order: At the beginning of the turn the Player draws until they have 4 cards. At that point they may play 1 Territory. then they may play any Action, Nation, or Personality Cards allowed by the resources they hold. At the end of the round they may move 1 Nation or 1 Personality card or discard 1 card. Territories may have unlimited nations on them, but nations may only have a single action or personality card on them. Card Types Nations (Hard, Soft, Diplomatic) Territory (2 Terrain Types) Suggested Territories: Arda, Mars, Titan, Europa, Europe, Aperin, North Pacific, Etc Actions (War, Intelligence, Etc) Possible Action Cards Hard War (World War X!) Soft War (Corporate Bubble) Diplomacy (Join the Dark Side!) Isolation (Remove card for 1 turn) Extended Isolation (Card is face down until cost is repaid. No harm can come to it, and it cannot contribute.) War Cards: War breaks out between territory x and y - add up all the factors for these nations, If it's 5 higher than the target the smallest nation in that area is destroyed. By each 5 higher another nation is destroyed. If the nations win, but by less than 5, you can choose to force the smallest to move to a different territory or be destroyed. Compare HP/SP/D Totals: 1-4: Move smallest to different territory or destroy it. 5-9: destroy smallest 10-14: destroy 2 smallest Personalities (Boosters) Adds from 1-3 special abilities to a nation at a cost of 1 - 3 points.
