Dal Design Inc began in 1999 as an engineering
consulting company in Astoria, OR. At that time we did electronic design for OEMs.
Projects included switching power converter designs, and solution of RFI (EMC) problems.
Since 2001 we have been doing business as DALCOMM, offering a complete range of services to
customers who depend on radio such as Law Enforcement Agencies, Local Government and Business. In 2004 our Principal, Bernard Rate, received an Oregon P.E
license (Controls and Communications) and we relocated to Banks, OR.
