Dave Parks, Vitals
1969 - Graduated Palouse (Washington) High School.
AIFS study tour of Israel, with my sister Bev and Palouse friends Charlene, Ed and Karen.
1974 - Batchelor of Science, Electrical Engineering, Washington State University, Pullman. Travelled in India, Ceylon (Sri Lanka), Nepal.
1976 - Master of Science, Electrical Engineering, University of Washington, Seattle.
Joined Hewlett-Packard Company, Cupertino, California, working on integrated circuits.
1977 - Married Joyce.
1980 - We joined a Hewlett-Packard printing startup effort. I worked on design and production of personal printers, Macintosh and Windows printer drivers.
2002 - Retired from 26 years of engineering & programming at Hewlett-Packard.
2005 - MBA WSU-Vancouver, volunteering in NFP sector, accounting courses.
2007 - Accountant at a private equity firm.
Currently working toward CPA experience requirements.
