Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms of Payment. Check or money order shall accompany all order requests.

Delivery. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and buyer accepts responsibility for all delivery costs and freight charges.

Duty to Inspect Upon Deliver. Buyer shall inspect the goods upon arrival and shall give the Seller written notice within 48 hours after delivery of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of this contract.

Limitations of Liability. Seller shall not be liable to Buyer for any damage in excess of the purchase price of items purchased.

Substitutions. Seller reserves the right to vary the flower prints of like size and composition within the titles of Botanical, Victorian Floral, Old Barn Scenes, Early American Art, Country Art. ( We have several images encompassing each style.)
