If you have a GPS in your car, there is a home on Cambeltown Lane just opposite to a portion of this property.    Address is:  5 Cambeltown Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72715.  Programming your GPS  using that address should guide you to Highland Estates entrance which is where Cambeltown Lane begins and should take you up the hill to the top of the ridge. The home will be on your left.  On your right will be the beginning section of the 4.52 acre lot.

This lot  stretches opposite two residences at 5 & 7 Cambeltown Lane and beyond. If you do a drive-by on your own, know that there is a fire hydrant at one end of the property and that the land goes from that hydrant more than 900 feet along Cambeltown Lane, passing  the 2 opposite homes, to a point 83 feet from the intersection of Kinloch Dr.  There are two For Sale by Owner signs posted and we will be happy to work with your realtor.  Intermittant  white ribbons also flag the road-frontage.
