The COBY GAME COMPANY is a business facet of Jon Coby. I am 52 and currently reside in Seaside, Oregon. I have been an Expert rated chess player for about 30 years. I began working on my chess variants in 1985 in response to an unprecedented string of draws which occurred in the 1st Battle of the Super-K's, match for the World Chess Championship between then World Chess Champion Anatoly Karpov and challenger Garry Kasparov. Three wonderful chess variants have resulted from my efforts, Coby Hyper-Chess being 1st among them. It is my contention that Coby Hyper-Chess warrants serious consideration as a candidate for the eventual, inevitable, evolution of master level Chess! This first release of my ideas features Coby Hyper-Chess (12x12), Coby Deca-Chess (10x10), a book and pamphlet sharing all that I have discovered about these two closely related games, and the ancillary Coby Checkers (10x10). 05/08 My research into PEKER is complete and the result is PSOKER!! This will soon be released as a book. In the future I will be releasing Coby 3D-Chess (8x8x8) and Yitzi (A Yahtzee variant). Thank you for your interest, sincerely, Jon Coby.
