MPEG Information

As the principal of JGC, I have 17 years professional engineering experience in the software field, ten in the video technology area. I have worked with all popular programming languages, and am fluent in HTML, C, C++ and scripting in languages such as PERL and Bourne shell.

Jeff Glover Consulting was formed in 1995.

Rates are based upon length, complexity, and outside resources needed.

I have resources such as Windows NT, Pentium II and K6-2 systems, IRIX (Indy, Indigo, and R3K Personal IRIS), as well as various media formats such as 8mm, Jaz, Zip, and DDS-3 tape. I can also provide scanning services, as well as on-site photography with both digital and professional film and video cameras.

I tend to bid open-ended, hourly services, but will do fixed bid to a specification upon request. My invoice schedule is typically every two weeks, negotiable.

I do not wish government bids at this time.
