Furry Friends has been a rescue organization in our community since October 1999.  We have been able to accomplish many of our goals due to the support and generosity of our members, volunteers and the general public.  The work of Furry Friends can ensure that animals who come into our care will never again be alone, hungry, sick, afraid or in pain. We also visit with seniors and teach the children and hope you will continue to ride on this journey with us.  We cannot do it without you.  We need your time, energy, understanding, finances and your trust that we can and will continue to do the best we can AND make a difference in our community.  All of us are unpaid volunteers who depend on that next donation and adoption.  We look forward to each next step of the way, hand in hand, paw in paw until we can change the way we handle pet population control by euthanization.  Remember all donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)3 compliant non-profit group.   Spay and Neuter .    Adopt a new furry family member!

ARE YOU OVER 60 YEARS OLD?   If so, special adoption benefits are available to you through our Senior Program.  The adoption/donation fee will only be $60.  Upon approval, the cat will be delivered to your home with a carrier, litter, dry food and wet food samples and all past medical and AVID data available.  We ask that you adopt an older cat, 3 years or above.  Let us help you find your new best friend!

Call for Foster Care Help: We have babies that are just being weaned and those that are semi-feral who need loving foster families who will work with them to domesticate them for adoptions. If you are interested, call Furry Friends at (360) 993-1097

   SPONSOR A PET -You can help a homeless pet by becoming a Pet Sponsor.  Just $50 per month covers food, medical care and supplies. You choose the pet from our adoption list. Your name will be listed as that pet's sponsor. Furry Friends will provide all the love and care and make sure your sponsored pet is given every opportunity to be adopted.   OUR MISSION

Furry Friends is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to help homeless pets by education in the community, spaying and neutering, pet adoptions, pet visitations to care facilities, funding pet deposits for seniors and providing medical care and refuge for cats.

WE ARE:

*DEDICATED to offering animals for visitation to residents of Nursing, Assisted Living and Foster Homes for therapy.

* DEVOTED to educating the public on the care and  responsibility of spaying and neutering of animals.

*STRIVING to find foster care for cats that are abandoned, neglected, homeless and special needs animals.

*LISTING pets for adoption and showing them weekly at local pet stores.

*EDUCATING children on the care and responsibility of having a family pet.

*READY and willing to assist other groups to accomplish a non-kill status in Washington.

*COLLECTING donations for seniors to enable them to afford pet security deposits allowing them to keep their lifelong-companions.
