This was my first new car. Very fun and zippy. It got over 3 times the gas milage of the Cougar! Very easy to park. I sold it when I went back for a Master's degree.

Years later, I bought a used red one. With 100,000 more miles than my first one had, it seemed like a very different car. Not nearly as solid. I put the larger brakes on it from an 86 Integra (get discs in the back instead of drums) so it could really stop on a dime.

I would still like to have one of these, if I thought it could survive a collision with a poodle.
