This beautiful, non-smoking, three-story house was built in 2004.  Her name is Star Keeper.  It sits on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  The view includes Oceanside Beach and the three arch rocks where sea lions and birdlife dwell.  Whale watching can be done during migration times of the year.  The house has many windows and sky lights to allow viewing of these beautiful scenes.

The top floor is a master suite with a California king-size bed, private jacuzzi hot tub, private full bathroom, furniture, and TV system.  The main floor includes a full kitchen with range and microwave, dining room/sunroom, and living room.  The lower floor has a downstairs bedroom, full bath, sitting room, and family room with a TV system.  There is a full two-car garage with room in the driveway for two additional vehicles.

Amenities: gas fire place, phone, TV, VCR, stereo, CD Player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer, jetted tub in bath, garage, BBQ.

Activities (on site or nearby): beach, hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, sightseeing, boating, shelling, Cape Mears Lighthouse, Tillamook Cheese Factory.

NIGHTLY RATES: $200/night (Monday-Thursday) or $250/night (Friday-Sunday) MAY thru SEPT.
                                  $180/night (Monday-Thursday) or $220/night (Friday-Sunday) OCT thru APR.
WEEKLY RATE: $1350/week MAY thru SEPT
                               $1100/week OCT thru APR
HOLIDAY RATE: $250 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years) 4 days minimum

EXTRA CHARGE AFTER 6 PEOPLE.
2 nights minimum
$100 refundable cleaning deposit required
