Our Food Grade cleats are hot thermo-welded to form a HOMOGENEOUS blend of cleat and cover. The blend is actually as strong as the cover to the carcass, with excellent cut and chemical resistance.

Food Cleats can be molded to the belt surface on any center, to fit a wide variety of applications. Cleats come in heights from 1/2" to 5"

Curved Food Grade Cleats are typically used on incline applications requiring food-grade belting. Cleats are available in 30° and 45° configurations.
